Prohibited Behavior
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban:
Harassment & Bullying: Any form of intimidation, threats, stalking, or targeted harassment.
Inappropriate Content: Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material during video chats.
Hate Speech: Language or symbols promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Spam & Advertising: Promoting commercial products, services, or external websites without permission.
Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including celebrities, platform staff, or other users.
Privacy Violations: Recording, screenshotting, or sharing conversations without explicit consent from all participants.
Illegal Activities: Any content or behavior that violates laws or regulations.
Scams & Fraud: Attempting to defraud users, including phishing, catfishing, or requesting money.
Underage Use: Minors are not allowed. Report anyone who appears to be under 18.
Enforcement
Violations of Community Guidelines are taken seriously. Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7. Consequences may include:
Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning with clear explanation.
Temporary Ban: Repeated or moderate violations result in temporary suspension (1-30 days).
Permanent Ban: Severe violations or multiple offenses lead to permanent account removal.
Legal Action: Illegal activities are reported to appropriate authorities.
Appeals Process
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. Provide your username and explain why you think the action was mistaken. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
